Processing Times
• Orders are packed within 4 working days and then we ship after this.
• Weekend & bank holiday orders are processed next working day
• During busy launches and Christmas, dispatch times may be slightly longer, we’ll always keep you updated ✨
Shipping Times
• Standard UK Delivery: 2 - 4 working days
• International Delivery: 7 - 10 working days (country dependent)
Shipping Costs
• Standard UK Delivery - £3.99 (FREE over £75)
• International Delivery - £18 flat rate (International customers are responsible for any customs fees)

How to Request an Exchange
Items must be:
• Unworn & unwashed
• Tagged & in original packaging would be great
Return postage costs apply for the item being sent back to us.
We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!
Christmas Returns Extension
Orders placed between 1st November - 17th December 2024 can be returned for a full refund up until 16th January 2025.
All other orders follow our normal return window:
• 14 days to notify you that they want to return or exchange after the item is delivered
• 14 additional days to send the item back once they’ve told you

Eligibility for Returns
• Unworn, unused, tags attached
• In original packaging (where applicable)
• Sale items are non returnable unless faulty
Gift Returns
If your item was a gift:
✍️ Include a note stating it’s a gift return
🎁 We’ll issue a gift card for the item value
Refund Timing
Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method:
→ please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive your return.
→ please allow up to 14 business days for banks to process funds.
→ original shipping costs are non refundable.
