We’re committed to delivering your ethical fashion and wildlife inspired clothing as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery:
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 4 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. If we launch a new collection, or its Christmas time, then processing times may increase, but we will keep you updated.
Shipping Times:
- Standard Delivery (UK): 3-5 business days
- International Delivery: 7-10 business days, depending on the country.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard UK Delivery: £3.99 (free for orders over £75)
- International Shipping: £18 flat rate, please be aware you will be responsible for custom taxes.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery on our courier’s website.
We want you to be fully happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
How to Return:
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Please contact us and let us know you’d like to return an item. Send an email to customerservice@bigwildthought.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved on email, pack your items securely and send them to the return address provided in the confirmation email.
Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure your items reach us safely.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
If you’ve changed your mind or need a different size, we’re happy to help with exchanges! Here’s how to do it:
How to Exchange:
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Email us at customerservice@bigwildthought.co.uk with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Let us know the new size or item you’d like.
- Once your exchange is confirmed, send back the original item (using the return process mentioned above).
- Once we’ve received your original item, we’ll ship out your exchange.

- You must request an exchange within 28 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Exchange Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.
- We will cover the cost of shipping your exchanged item to you, provided the new item is of the same or lesser value than the original. If the new item is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference.
