Below, you’ll find all the essential info you need to know about getting your products delivered and handling returns or exchanges.
Delivery Information
We’re committed to delivering your ethical fashion and wildlife inspired clothing as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery:
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 4 working days and then we dispatch your orders after this. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. If we launch a new collection, or its Christmas time, then processing times may increase, but we will keep you updated.
Shipping Times:
- Standard Delivery (UK): 2 - 4 business days
- International Delivery: 7 - 10 business days, depending on the country.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard UK Delivery: £3.99 (free for orders over £75)
- International Shipping: £18 flat rate, please be aware you will be responsible for custom taxes.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery on our courier’s website.
Returns Policy
Return Window
All orders follow our standard returns window:
- You have 14 days from delivery to notify us that you would like to return or exchange an item.
- Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send your item(s) back to us.
How to Request a Refund
If you would like to return an item for a refund:
- Email customerservice@bigwildthought.co.uk with your order number and confirmation that you would like to request a return.
- Once approved, securely package your item(s) and send them to the return address provided.
- We’ll notify you once your return has been received and processed.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With tags attached
- In original packaging (where applicable)
- Sent back within the approved return timeframe.
Sale items are non returnable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Timing
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive and process your return
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your bank to process funds
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Gift Returns
If your item was a gift:

🎁 We will issue a gift card for the item value instead of a refund.
Exchanges Policy
Found something you love but need a different size or colour? No problem!
How to Request an Exchange
- Email customerservice@bigwildthought.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange for.
- Once approved, return your item to the address provided.
- As soon as we receive your original item, we’ll send out your replacement.
Exchange Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tagged and in original packaging (where possible)
- Returned within the approved exchange timeframe
Exchange Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs when sending items back.
- We cover the shipping cost of sending your exchanged item to you if it is the same or lower value.
- If the replacement item is higher in value, you will need to pay the difference.
