All of our clothing has a size guide listed on each product page to help you find your perfect fit. If you're in between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to help!
Some styles might be limited, but popular items may return! Keep an eye on our socials and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when restocks happen.
Our garments are ethically made in Bangladesh and India. We care deeply about quality, sustainability, and making sure your pieces last.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 2 - 4 working days, then dispatched. UK delivery usually takes 2 - 4 business days after dispatch, and international delivery 7 - 10 business days depending on the country. New collection launches and Christmas can add a little time, but we’ll keep you updated.
Yes, we do! 🌍 International shipping is a £18 flat rate. Delivery times depend on your location, and any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you’d like to return or exchange an item, and once approved, a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are non returnable. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
We don’t currently offer free returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping for peace of mind.
Email customerservice@bigwildthought.co.uk with your order number and the item you’d like instead. Once approved, send your item back and we’ll post out your replacement as soon as it arrives, stock allowing!
