I bought a couple of sweatshirts in a BWT sample sale recently and they are such good quality. I brought a few things from them in the past which I love, and was a bit worried that their quality may have dropped when I saw the recent reviews. No fear though, as it seems as good as ever - maybe even better! We thought the sizing was true-to-size too (medium and 3XL). I'm a bit annoyed I ordered a Christmas jumper (random for July, I know), as now I have to wait to wear it!!

The time to dispatch was slow - but they've very transparent about this and estimate "up to 10 days" on their website. My delivery arrived comfortably within this timeframe.

One of the sweatshirts I ordered was a surprise. The price was AMAZING value for money - a beautiful, sustainibly-made, embroidered, 100% organic cotton sweatshirt, with money going to charity, for £12.50! I left a little note when placing the order as the surprise sweatshirt was for my fiance and I just wanted to check it would be something he would wear. BWT could have totally ignored this, as I was ordering a surprise product. When the order arrived, the sweatshirt they had selected was perfect, and my note had a little highlight on the order form. There was also a beautiful "thank you" postcard in the order, a fun wild animal fact on the parcel (on a cute sticker that I managed to peel off and keep) and a free sachet of fairtrade coffee. The whole package just seemed like such (big wild) thought went into it.
