🔙 Return Eligibility
You’ve got 28 days from the delivery date to return your items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Let’s keep it fresh! 🌱
Custom items and sale items are non-returnable. 😔
📦 How to Return
Email us at customerservice@bigwildthought.co.uk or use our contact form with your order number and reason for the return.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs (sorry, we don’t provide return labels).
Package up your items securely, making sure everything’s in tip-top condition.
Send it back to us at the address on your invoice or website. Use your favourite courier and drop it off at the post office! 🏃♀️📬
💸 Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method. Please note, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show up.
If you'd like an exchange, please write it clearly on your invoice. We’ll do our best to help, but exchanges are subject to stock availability. 🔄
📮 Return Shipping Costs
For returns, you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost. We recommend tracking your return to ensure it gets to us safely! 📦
For international returns, the customer covers the return shipping as well. 🌍✈️
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
