FABRIC

Fabric composition varies between products. Please refer to the garment label or product images where available for the specific material details.

CARE

We recommend washing at 30°C with similar colours and leaving the garment to air dry where possible to help preserve the print and fabric quality.

Please note: Sample Sale items are limited in quantity and are available while stocks last. All Sample Sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless the item is faulty.

Delivery: orders are processed within 2 - 4 working days, then dispatched. UK delivery is £3.99 (2 - 4 business days) and free on UK orders over £75. International delivery is £18 flat rate (7 - 10 business days); customs charges are the customer’s responsibility. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Returns: you have 14 days from delivery to let us know you’d like to return or exchange, then a further 14 days to send it back once approved. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have tags attached. Sale items are non returnable. Email customerservice@bigwildthought.co.uk with your order number to start a return.

£1.50 from every item goes to our four wildlife charity partners: The Sloth Conservation Foundation, The Fox Project, Bumblebee Conservation Trust and Whale and Dolphin Conservation. Since 2018 that has added up to over £300,000.
