We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 - 4 working days. During busy periods (like product launches or Christmas), this may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated!

We want you to LOVE your Big Wild Thought goodies! But if for any reason you're not totally satisfied, no worries, we've got you covered. Here’s the scoop on returns and exchanges:
You’ve got 28 days from the delivery date to return your items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Let’s keep it fresh! 🌱
Custom items and sale items are non-returnable. 😔
Email us at customerservice@bigwildthought.co.uk or use our contact form with your order number and reason for the return.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs (sorry, we don’t provide return labels).
Package up your items securely, making sure everything’s in tip-top condition.
Send it back to us at the address on your invoice or website. Use your favourite courier and drop it off at the post office! 🏃♀️📬
Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method. Please note, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show up.
If you'd like an exchange, please write it clearly on your invoice. We’ll do our best to help, but exchanges are subject to stock availability. 🔄
For returns, you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost. We recommend tracking your return to ensure it gets to us safely! 📦
For international returns, the customer covers the return shipping as well. 🌍✈️

Every item in our Sample Sale has been carefully selected and may include samples, discontinued styles, photoshoot pieces or end of line stock. While some items may have minor imperfections, any significant flaws will be noted in the individual listing.

We recommend washing at 30°C with similar colours and leaving the garment to air dry where possible to help preserve the print and fabric quality.
